- Project Execution: Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the exact scope.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect materials, perform quality control checks, and ensure structural frameworks meet industry and design specifications before moving to the next construction phase.
- Technical Leadership: Interpret complex architectural and structural drawings, resolve technical difficulties on the fly, and manage setting-out/surveying processes.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards to ensure the well-being of all site personnel.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact, liaising with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and local authorities.
- Reporting & Resource Management: Track project progress, allocate manpower and machinery efficiently, and prepare regular reports for upper management
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
