Job Summary:
The International Marketing Manager will lead international sales and marketing initiatives, driving business growth, global brand visibility, and client engagement. The role focuses on developing strategies for domestic and international markets, managing B2B and B2C operations, and coordinating with internal teams, distributors, and global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
International Marketing & Sales
Develop and execute marketing strategies targeting international and domestic markets.
Plan and implement branding initiatives, campaigns, and product promotions to increase global market presence.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring for international opportunities.
Promote new products and services in line with company objectives, focusing on global clientele.
International Business Development & Client Management
Identify, develop, and manage relationships with global clients, dealers, distributors, traders, and OEMs.
Expand and manage dealer and distributor networks internationally.
Handle B2B and B2C operations across international markets, coordinating with internal teams.
Respond to international customer inquiries, prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and tax invoices.
Operational & Strategic Coordination
Collaborate with plant and operations teams to support daily functions and international logistics.
Maintain monthly reports on international sales, client visits, OEM activities, and account management.
Plan and attend international exhibitions, manage stalls, and oversee promotional materials.
Digital Marketing & Online Promotion
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting global markets.
Leverage online platforms for international lead generation and customer engagement.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
8–10 years of experience in international sales and marketing, business development, and client management.
Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing, global supply chain coordination, and export processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving international sales targets and driving global business growth.
