We are seeking an experienced and responsible Maintenance in charge to oversee the maintenance and smooth functioning of all hotel facilities, equipment, and utilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring safety standards, minimizing downtime, and maintaining guest comfort.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance operations of the hotel.
- Monitor and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, STP, water pumps, and other utility systems.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Attend and resolve maintenance complaints from guests and departments promptly.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repair and maintenance work.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and inventory.
- Control maintenance costs and manage spare parts inventory.
- Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and support staff.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
- 2-4 years of experience in hotel, hospitality, commercial building, or facility maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, DG operations, and building maintenance.
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
