About the Role The SAP PM Expert is responsible for ensuring the maintenance application ecosystem operates efficiently, supporting the SAP PM module and related applications, and cooperating with maintenance teams to enhance operational reliability. This role involves troubleshooting, user support, and collaboration with business teams to translate demands into specifications. Success in this role means maintaining a smooth and efficient SAP PM system, providing excellent user support, and contributing to digitalization and innovation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the SAP PM system and satellites run smoothly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and escalate incidents, coordinate problems and arbitrate user requests.
- Perform regular system checks, updates, and preventive maintenance.
- Provide user support and animate training sessions.
- Lead or support initiatives, such as deploying new tools or features.
- Collaborate with business teams to translate demands into specifications.
- Participate in digitalization and innovation initiatives, including GenAI.
- Maintain the documentation in compliance with internal standards.
Requirements
- Manage and support the SAP PM module with strong experience in configuration, support, enhancements, and deployments.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of maintenance processes in industrial environments.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical/functional role focused on SAP PM and other satellite applications.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial or a related field.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global multicultural team.
Good to Have
- Hold a Master's degree or relevant certifications.
- Have experience in international project work.
- Possess experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.
- Be familiar with maintenance and reliability tools, such as SAP APM.
- Hold SAP PM certification.
- Speak French.
