Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will help build our online presence, generate quality business leads, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, blogs, and the company website.
- Assist with SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO basics, and backlink building.
- Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn presence to generate B2B leads.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Generate qualified leads through organic and paid digital marketing strategies.
- Research competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
- Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain marketing databases and CRM records.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and AI marketing tools.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
- Creative thinking with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and marketing strategies.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or SEO tools.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads or Google Ads.
- Experience managing social media pages, blogs, YouTube channels, or personal marketing projects.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, or similar productivity tools.
- Understanding of SaaS, healthcare, laboratory, biotechnology, or B2B software industries.
- Certifications from Google, HubSpot, Meta, or other recognized digital marketing platforms.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Commerce, or any related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with internship or project experience in digital marketing will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
