About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Frontend Developer to join our growing technology team in Pitampura, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern frontend technologies, team leadership, and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of responsive, scalable, and high-performing web applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Implement state management using Redux and integrate REST APIs efficiently.
- Ensure application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best coding practices.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and version control using Git.
