Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager. The role involves managing manpower deployment, client coordination, operational efficiency, and team performance while ensuring service excellence and cost optimization.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manpower management, and field operations with the ability to manage multiple sites and large operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Ensure timely deployment of manpower and operational resources.
- Monitor productivity, turnaround time (TAT), dispatch efficiency, and service quality.
- Implement SOPs and operational best practices to improve efficiency.
Team & Manpower Management
- Manage supervisors, coordinators, field executives, and operational staff.
- Ensure proper staffing, attendance monitoring, shift planning, and workforce utilization.
- Conduct regular training sessions for operational teams on safety, compliance, and productivity.
- Drive team discipline, motivation, and performance management.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the assigned area.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through timely issue resolution and service delivery.
- Conduct regular review meetings with clients and provide operational updates.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to operations, manpower, billing, and performance metrics.
- Analyze operational data and identify areas for improvement.
- Track KPIs such as productivity, absenteeism, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Experience Required
- 2-5 years of experience in manpower operations.
- Prior experience managing multiple sites/locations preferred.
- Experience in manpower/logistics outsourcing industry will be an added advantage.
