Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Support manpower planning as per approved organogram and raise hiring requirements.
- Source, screen, and coordinate recruitment activities for staff and labor as per timelines.
- Facilitate onboarding, documentation, induction, and role briefing for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and organogram.
HR Operations & Payroll Support
- Validate attendance, leave data, OT, contractor employee details and send inputs to Corporate HR for payroll processing.
- Maintain HRMS / system data accuracy and employee files.
Statutory Compliance & Contractor Management
- Assist in compliance activities with PF, ESIC, PT, labor laws and inspectors.
- Coordinate statutory documentation and audit support.
- Track contract labor compliance, attendance, and invoice processing.
Employee Engagement & Communication
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and celebrations as per HR calendar.
- Support grievance resolution and employee counseling where needed.
- Promote company values, culture and safety practices.
Performance Management & Development
- Coordinate KPI / KRA communication and PMS roll-out as per corporate guidelines.
- Assist in training needs identification, training calendar execution and effectiveness tracking.
Administration Support
- Support factory admin activities including canteen, guest house, travel coordination and facility requirements.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare HR MIS, dashboards and reports with actionable insights.
- Maintain HR budget trackers and documentation.
