Office Systems Administrator
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Office Systems Administrator to manage and support our office IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, maintaining office systems and networks, managing company assets, and providing technical support to employees.
Key ResponsibilitiesIT Infrastructure & Network
- Maintain and troubleshoot office Wi-Fi and LAN network infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, access points, and related networking equipment.
- Manage and maintain Network Attached Storage (NAS) devices, backups, and shared storage.
User & Device Management
- Perform employee device onboarding and offboarding.
- Configure laptops, desktops, and workstations for new employees.
- Install and configure operating systems, primarily Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows.
- Perform laptop and desktop formatting, data backup, and restoration.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain software and system drivers.
- Set up and configure Slack, email, VPN, and other company accounts.
Asset Management
- Maintain accurate inventory of laptops, desktops, accessories, networking equipment, and other IT assets.
- Track asset allocation, ownership, warranty status, and lifecycle.
- Coordinate courier shipments and returns of employee devices across locations.
Office Systems
- Manage access control systems, biometric devices, and office entry permissions.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and scanners.
- Ensure all office IT equipment remains operational with minimal downtime.
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with laptop, printer, networking, and hardware OEMs for warranty claims, repairs, and replacements.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
Technical Support
- Provide first-level IT support to employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Document recurring issues and maintain IT support records.
- Recommend improvements to office IT infrastructure and security.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu) installation and administration.
- Good knowledge of Windows installation and configuration.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, LAN).
- Experience with NAS devices and backup management.
- Experience managing office printers and peripherals.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration.
- Understanding of access control and office security systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Desktop Support.
- Experience with Synology NAS, Ubiquiti, MikroTik, Cisco, or similar networking solutions is an advantage.
- Basic scripting knowledge (Bash or PowerShell) is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
