Job Title: Helper (Production / Store / Packing)

Job Summary:
The Helper will assist in production, packing, material handling, and housekeeping activities to support smooth manufacturing operations as per company and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist machine operators and production staff in daily activities
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
- Packing and labeling of medical devices as per instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area
- Follow SOPs and company safety guidelines
- Support store activities (material shifting, stacking, inventory help)
- Report any machine or material issues to supervisor
- Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of factory work
- Physically fit and able to lift materials
- Ability to follow instructions
- Teamwork and discipline
- Basic knowledge of safety practices
Qualification:
- 8th / 10th / 12th Pass
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
