About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Client Servicing Manager with a proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional event experiences. The role requires managing client accounts, understanding their objectives, and ensuring seamless execution of events that meet and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and nurture long‑term relationships.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful events.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure all requirements are met.
- Manage client expectations, offering solutions and alternatives when needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of event solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Prepare account status reports and conduct post‑event evaluations.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
- Resolve client concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with clients and the team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in event management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Strong track record of managing and growing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Must be based in Mumbai.
