Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Cosmetician with at least 1 year of experience in a retail store. The candidate will assist customers in selecting cosmetic and skincare products, provide product recommendations, and ensure excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in choosing suitable cosmetic, skincare, and beauty products.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product displays, shelves, and inventory in an organized manner.
- Ensure products are properly stocked and replenished.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Stay updated on new beauty trends, products, and promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cosmetics section.
- Support billing and promotional activities when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cosmetician, Beauty Advisor, or similar role in a retail store.
- Good knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, beauty, and personal care products.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets.
- Basic computer and billing knowledge is preferred.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Beauty, Cosmetology, or related field is an advantage.
- Experience in pharmacy retail, cosmetic stores, or beauty retail outlets preferred.
