Job Title: Plant Head (Cable Manufacturing Only)

We are looking for candidates with mandatory experience in the Cable Manufacturing
industry (LT/HT/HV/EHV). Candidates from Automotive, Battery, Solar, Chemical, Steel,
Oil & Gas, or other manufacturing industries will not be considered.
We are looking for an experienced Plant Head with a strong background in Cable
Manufacturing to lead end-to-end plant operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on
experience in Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Plant Operations within the cable
industry.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead overall plant operations including Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Dispatch.
● Plan, organize, and optimize manufacturing activities to achieve production targets.
● Drive plant productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization initiatives.
● Lead cross-functional teams and build a high-performance work culture.
● Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory, and company standards.
● Develop and manage plant budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.
● Monitor KPIs including productivity, OEE, inventory, quality, and manufacturing costs.
● Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
● Review plant MIS and present operational performance to management.
● Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, HR, Supply Chain, and Stores for
smooth plant operations.
Requirements
● Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
● 15+ years of experience in the Cable Manufacturing industry is mandatory.
● Hands-on experience in Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Plant Management.
● Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and resource planning.
● Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, and Manufacturing Excellence.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
