Job Summary
We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Student Relations Executive to manage front desk operations, assist prospective students, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience while supporting admissions and day-to-day office activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp inquiries, and website leads.
- Provide accurate information regarding courses, admissions, fees, and schedules.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain admission records.
- Schedule counselling sessions, interviews, and meetings.
- Manage student databases and update CRM records regularly.
- Coordinate with the academic and counselling teams regarding student queries.
- Maintain front office operations and ensure a professional environment.
- Assist in admission-related documentation and enrollment processes.
- Prepare reports on inquiries, admissions, and follow-up activities.
- Handle basic administrative and office management tasks.
- Support students throughout their admission journey and address concerns promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Prior experience in admissions, customer service, reception, or administration is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in education, coaching institutes, training organizations, or customer-facing roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
