1. Real-Time Technical Support
- Take live calls from installers, technicians, and customer service staff to diagnose issues on solar and BESS systems, particularly at commercial scale.
- Provide guidance on inverter and battery configuration, three-phase load balancing, and system fault-finding.
- Act as the technical escalation point above Tier-1 customer service.
2. Design & Documentation
- Prepare and review Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) for commercial installations.
- Perform load calculations, demand assessments, and load-balancing checks for three-phase commercial sites.
- Ensure designs comply with battery installations, and relevant DNSP technical requirements.
3. Grid Connection
Manage the full DNSP application process (Basic, Standard, and Complex connection categories as relevant to commercial project size).
- Track application status, respond to DNSP queries or rejections, and manage resubmissions.
4. Internal Enablement
- Train and support the customer service and sales teams on technical fundamentals so they can confidently handle first-line queries.
- Build and maintain a technical knowledge base / FAQ resource for common issues and application processes.
- Liaise with the Australian office / engineering team on non-standard or complex projects.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
