Experience: 10+ Years Job Type: Full-time Location: Coimbatore Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Description We are looking for an experienced VMC Setter with 10+ years of experience in VMC machine setup. The candidate should be capable of independently setting machines, selecting tools and fixtures, and ensuring quality production with minimum downtime. Key Responsibilities Independently set up VMC machines for production. Perform tool setting, fixture setting, and offset corrections. Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets. Select suitable cutting tools and fixtures for machining. Conduct first-piece inspection before production. Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments. Troubleshoot machine setup and machining-related issues. Coordinate with operators for smooth production. Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic preventive checks. Follow all safety and quality standards. Requirements 10+ years of experience as a VMC Setter. Strong knowledge of VMC machine setup and tooling. Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T. Hands-on experience with Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and Dial Indicator. Knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi controls is preferred. ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
