Job Description: Physics and Chemistry faculty
Physics and Chemistry Teacher delivers engaging physical science lessons, conducts laboratory experiments, and evaluates student progress. Key requirements typically include a B.Sc/M.Sc in Physics or Chemistry, a B.Ed degree, and strong classroom management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lesson Delivery: Teach Physics and Chemistry concepts aligned with school boards (such as CBSE, ICSE, or IGCSE).
- Practical Sessions: Plan and supervise hands-on laboratory experiments and science fair projects.
- Assessments: Create worksheets, quizzes, and exams to track academic growth.
- Student Support: Mentor students with regular feedback and extra help for low achievers.
- Parent Communication: Attend parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, or Education, paired with a mandatory B.Ed.
- Experience: 1 to 5+ years of middle or high school teaching experience.
- Core Skills: Clear verbal communication, patience, and digital tool proficiency for smart classrooms.
