Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Project Manager – Interior Fit-Outs to lead end-to-end execution of luxury residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, site execution, vendor coordination, quality control, client communication, and timely project delivery.
The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, execution expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining Silver Storey’s standards of quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple interior fit-out projects from initiation to final handover
- Plan project timelines, manpower allocation, and execution strategies
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, supervisors, and procurement teams
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure smooth execution as per approved drawings and specifications
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
- Manage client communication and provide regular project updates
- Handle material planning, vendor management, and on-site problem-solving
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site discipline
- Prepare project progress reports and execution updates for management
- Drive team productivity and maintain strong coordination between design and execution departments
- Manage snag lists, finishing quality, and final project handovers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in interior fit-out project management
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial interior execution
- Excellent understanding of materials, site execution processes, and finishing standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, project scheduling, and Microsoft Office
- Experience in vendor handling and project coordination
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
