About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced German Language Trainer who can train students up to B1/B2 level under our hybrid learning model. The trainer will deliver engaging, structured sessions both online and offline (as needed), ensuring students develop strong communication, grammar, and comprehension skills aligned with the Goethe / CEFR framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive German language classes (online & ofline) for learners from A1 to B2 level.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assignments following CEFR standards.
- Assess students’ progress through periodic tests and feedback sessions.
- Guide learners for Goethe exams or other certification requirements.
- Maintain attendance, progress records, and class updates on CRM / LMS system.
- Support students in improving pronunciation, fluency, and grammar accuracy.
- Participate in academic meetings, student orientation, and performance reviews.
- Ensure high-quality learning experience with focus on speaking and practical use.
Requirements:
- Proficiency Level: Minimum B2 certified in German (Goethe, TELC, TestDaF, or equivalent).
- Experience: 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred (ofline / online).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiar with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, etc.).
- Ability to teach learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Flexible to conduct evening or weekend batches if required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
