About the Role
We are looking for a confident and passionate Spoken English Teacher who can help students develop their English communication, speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, and overall confidence.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills and a passion for teaching are welcome to apply. Prior teaching experience will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive Spoken English classes for students.
- Improve students' speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills.
- Plan and deliver effective lessons and classroom activities.
- Conduct conversation practices, role plays, group discussions, and speaking activities.
- Encourage students to communicate confidently in English.
- Identify students' learning gaps and provide individual support.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and student-friendly classroom environment.
- Coordinate with the academic team for effective learning outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of English grammar and pronunciation.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with students.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Prior teaching/training experience is an added advantage.
