Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Development: Architect, design, develop, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications (Android & iOS) using Flutter and Dart.
- System Design & Architecture: Develop scalable and maintainable application architectures, ensuring robust performance and security.
- Customization & White-Labeling: Build modular and white-label apps, incorporating client specific branding, including logos, color schemes, and UI layouts.
- App Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete lifecycle of apps, including app store submissions (Google Play & Apple App Store), updates, and bug fixes.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct performance analysis and implement optimizations to ensure high-speed, reliable apps with a seamless user experience.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with project managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.
- Client Interaction: Gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure smooth handovers to clients post-deployment.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Flutter
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Flutter & Dart expertise with strong cross-platform (Android/iOS) UI development.
- Proficient in state management (Bloc, GetX), backend integration (REST APIs, GraphQL, Firebase), app store deployment, Git-based version control, and app performance & security optimization.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with modular/white-label apps
- basic backend technologies,
- CI/CD pipelines, design tools (Figma/Adobe XD), and Agile tools (Jira, Trello).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or any IT related field
- 2+ years of Flutter experience with the ability to independently build complex apps
- strong problem-solving and communication skills, multitasking ability, and availability for immediate or short-notice joining.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
