We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Spa Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our wellness center. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in team management, customer service, sales, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the spa and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Supervise and lead the spa team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory, stock, and cash management.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of daily operations.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and maintain a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement customer retention and service improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Support marketing activities and business growth initiatives.
- Maintain operational reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 0-3 years of experience in Spa, Wellness, Hospitality, Retail, Hotel, or BPO industries.
- Prior experience in the wellness industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage sales, operations, and team performance effectively.
