Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Create visually compelling assets for digital and print, including social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, marketing collateral, ebooks, and advertisements.
- Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for platforms like YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and website landing pages. This includes color grading, audio syncing, and sound design.
- Motion Graphics: Design and integrate animations, kinetic typography, lower-thirds, and transition effects into video projects to elevate the production value.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all visual and video touchpoints, ensuring a unified brand identity.
- Concept & Storyboarding: Brainstorm creative concepts, script layout ideas, and storyboard video flows in collaboration with the marketing and content teams.
- Asset Management: Organize and archive digital assets, stock footage, music tracks, and project files systematically for team accessibility.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience working as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or Multimedia Creator (Agency or in-house experience is a plus).
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio/showreel demonstrating proficiency in both static graphic design and video editing. (Applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
- Technical Skills (Software Expertise):
- Design: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma.
- Video/Motion: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
- Creativity & Storytelling: A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, color theory, layout, and pacing/timing in video editing.
- Soft Skills: Ability to handle constructive feedback, manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹10,206.83 - ₹40,556.61 per month
