HR Recruiter (IT, Non-IT, Customer Support & Bulk Hiring)
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 /month + Performance Incentives
Benefits: 5.5 Days Work Week
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for IT, Non-IT, and high-volume Customer Support / BPO profiles.
- Manage bulk hiring drives to meet hiring targets for customer service, operations, and technical roles.
- Source quality candidates using job portals (Indeed, WorkIndia, foundit, Job Hai), social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, assess communication skills, and filter candidates according to client needs.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up on feedback, and manage candidate onboarding pipelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate in any stream.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in corporate recruitment or staffing agencies handling IT, Non-IT, and bulk Customer Support hiring.
- Solid experience working with major job boards, portal databases, and applicant tracking.
- Excellent communication, headhunting, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure bulk hiring targets efficiently.
Pay: ₹30,000.23 - ₹45,000.30 per month
