Job Summary We are looking for a highly experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, statutory compliance, and ensuring the organization's financial health and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the hotel. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports. Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities during audits and assessments. Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability to support management decision-making. Implement internal controls and accounting procedures to safeguard company assets. Supervise and mentor the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Handle payroll processing and vendor payment management. Analyze financial performance and recommend cost-control measures.
Required Skills Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Taxation, GST, and Statutory Compliance. Experience in hotel accounting and hospitality financial management. Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software. Strong analytical, reporting, and budgeting skills. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile 10–12 years of experience in Accounts and Finance. Prior experience in the Hotel/Hospitality industry is mandatory. Ability to handle multiple financial functions independently. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
