Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV footage and surveillance systems continuously
- Identify and report suspicious or unauthorized activities
- Maintain surveillance logs and incident reports
- Coordinate with security staff during emergencies or incidents
- Ensure proper functioning of CCTV cameras and recording systems
- Report technical issues or camera malfunctions promptly
- Review recorded footage when required for investigations
- Maintain confidentiality of surveillance data and information
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures
- Support administration and security teams in safety operations
Required Skills
- Attention to detail and observation skills
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance software
- Quick decision-making and alertness
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work in rotational/night shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
