Job Summary
Star Assets Holding is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The CRM will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, managing follow-ups, resolving concerns, and supporting business growth through excellent client service.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
Client Follow-Up & Support
- Follow up with customers regarding services, documentation, and updates.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Track customer feedback and recommend service improvements.
Sales & Business Support
- Assist the sales team in nurturing leads and converting prospects into customers.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling company services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history.
- Prepare customer reports and relationship status updates for management.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain customer databases and CRM software records.
- Generate periodic reports on customer satisfaction, retention, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure all customer information is updated and confidentially maintained.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Relationship Management, Sales Support, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
