Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll for 3,500 employees.
- Ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Verify attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and other payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle full and final settlements for employees.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations to resolve payroll issues.
- Prepare payroll reports and MIS for management.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
- Support internal and statutory audits.
- Identify and implement payroll process improvements.
- Lead, supervise, and train the payroll team to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of payroll experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience handling payroll for large organizations with 3,000+ employees is preferred.
- Good knowledge of payroll software, HRMS, MS Excel, and statutory compliance.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
