Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and ensure the smooth functioning of all machinery like *Extrusion, Printing, Slitting Machines* and facilities. This is a critical role that directly impacts our production efficiency and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of production and utility equipment
- Maintenance of extrusion, printing, slitting and inspection machines
- Maintenance planning, spare control and documentation
- Safety compliance and statutory adherence
- Handling of maintenance team and coordination with production
- Exposure to root cause analysis and continuous improvement
Qualification & Skill Requirements
- Must be a valid C License holder (Electrical)
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred
- Experience in Drives, PLC, automation and control panels is essential
- Prior experience in flexible packaging/printing/extrusion industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
