Job Summary
The Chennai Mobiles is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Cashier to manage billing transactions efficiently and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle cash and digital transactions accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer billing and payment transactions accurately.
- Receive payments through cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other digital payment methods.
- Generate invoices and issue receipts to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of daily cash collections and transactions.
- Ensure proper cash handling and balance cash at the end of each shift.
- Assist customers with billing-related queries and provide excellent service.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash management and billing operations.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
