Provide direction to the HR team and oversee the day to day running of the HR function.
HR Strategy and Policies Implementation.

Organogram Updation.
Team Management Activity and Monitoring.
Employee Grievances Handling.
IR & ER Management.
Performance Management System Management.
Handling disciplinary matters.
Suggestion and implementations new ideas.
Support to all HOD for decision making.
Employee Engagement Activity.
Training and Development.
Take Daily Round and Pick up Observation.
HR and Admin Policy Preparation & Monitoring.
HR Operation.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
