Job Summary
Koniki Salon is hiring talented and experienced Beauticians / All Rounder Unisex Stylists who can handle complete beauty, hair, makeup, nail, and grooming services for male and female clients while maintaining excellent customer service and salon standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform beauty and grooming services for male and female clients
- Hair cutting, hair styling, blow dry, ironing, curls, bridal hairstyling, smoothening, keratin, rebonding, coloring, highlights, hair spa, and advanced hair treatments
- Perform professional makeup services including bridal makeup, party makeup, engagement makeup, and basic grooming makeup
- Saree draping and bridal dressing support
- Perform facials, clean-ups, medi-facials, detan, peels, and advanced skin care services
- Waxing, threading, bleach, body polishing, and skin grooming services
- Manicure, pedicure, nail care, nail extensions, gel polish, and basic nail art services
- Recommend suitable beauty products and salon packages to clients
- Handle customer consultations and understand service requirements
- Maintain hygiene, sterilization, and cleanliness standards in work areas
- Support salon targets through service and product sales
- Maintain customer records and follow-up for repeat business
- Coordinate with salon team for smooth branch operations and customer satisfaction
Eligibility
- Certification or training in Beautician / Hair & Beauty preferred
- Experience in salon or beauty industry preferred
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of beauty, makeup, hair, and nail services
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Professional grooming and presentation
- Positive attitude and teamwork
- Understanding of hygiene and salon service standards
