Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR in Manufacturing Industry with good communication skills
* Recruitment exp: Use of latest Recruitment tools, ability to hire freshers from campus
* Interviewing skills
* On boarding
* Caring nature, Staff Empowerment and Welfare
* Staff performance measurement, incentives and hikes
* Attendance and payroll, leave management
* Act on Resource gaps, Training needs
* Maintain files, documents as per Quality standards ,resolving staff grievances
