Job Description
Varthana Finance Pvt. Ltd., one of India's leading Education NBFCs, is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Managers to join our team.
This is a field sales role involving customer acquisition, relationship management, and business development with schools in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools and educational institutions within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school management.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–5 years of experience in Field Sales.
- Experience in NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Microfinance, Education Sales, Telecom, FMCG, or other field sales roles will be preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
