About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in managing daily operations, maintaining service standards, leading the team, and ensuring smooth and profitable restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Supervise and motivate restaurant staff to achieve operational and service targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Manage opening and closing procedures and ensure proper shift handovers.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and ensure proper food-cost control.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support billing, cash handling, daily sales reporting, and reconciliation.
- Assist in staff training, onboarding, and performance improvement.
- Ensure the restaurant achieves sales, service, and operational KPIs.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams whenever required.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in implementing promotional and sales initiatives.
- Prepare daily operational reports and escalate issues to management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
