he Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding business opportunities, increasing sales, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction across QSR outlets. The role combines business development, sales strategy, operational management, and team leadership to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, franchise prospects, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute sales and market expansion strategies.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Drive revenue growth through promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives.
Sales & Revenue Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase average order value and customer footfall.
- Develop pricing and promotional strategies to maximize profitability.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure compliance with QSR operating standards, SOPs, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor inventory, food cost, labor cost, and waste control.
- Improve operational processes to enhance productivity and customer experience.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate restaurant managers and staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement employee development plans.
- Foster a customer-focused and high-performance culture.
Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Financial Management
- Prepare budgets and monitor operational expenses.
- Analyze profit and loss statements and implement cost-control measures.
- Ensure achievement of profitability targets.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
