Techmindz is hiring enthusiastic and dedicated Academic Counselors (Freshers). This role is ideal for candidates with a positive attitude who are passionate about guiding students and building a career in counseling and admissions.
Freshers need not worry — complete training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on courses and career opportunities
- Handle inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Explain course details, fees, and program benefits
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Maintain student data and regular follow-ups
- Support students throughout the admission process
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: Any Degree (Mandatory)
- Freshers are welcome
- Candidates with a good attitude and willingness to learn are highly preferred
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers
- Confidence in interacting with students
- Positive mindset and eagerness to learn
- Basic convincing skills
