Job Summary
We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle visitors, telephone calls, and day-to-day office coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it remains clean, organized, and presentable.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and official correspondence.
- Maintain the visitor register and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in arranging meetings.
- Support the HR and Administration team with routine administrative tasks.
- Maintain employee attendance records and coordinate with the HR department when required.
- Manage office stationery, pantry supplies, and other administrative inventories.
- Coordinate travel bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation when required.
- Maintain office files, records, and confidential documents.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and housekeeping requirements.
- Assist in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and meetings.
- Ensure proper communication between departments and provide general administrative support.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Administrative Assistant.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of office administration and documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
