The Catalyst Group Venture is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at the Catalyst School of Business in Jaipur. As a BDE, you will be the driving force behind our growth, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospective students/partners, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prospective students, and partnerships through research, networking, and outreach.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact to understand prospective client/student needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our educational programs.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a consistent pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking progress on CRM or tracking tools.
- Proposals & Presentations: Create compelling presentations and proposals to pitch our offerings to potential leads.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market shifts to suggest improvements to our outreach strategies.
- Networking: Represent the Catalyst School of Business at events, webinars, and networking forums to increase brand visibility.
- Goal Achievement: Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly enrollment or revenue targets.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Any Graduate (Any Stream).
- Experience: Open to both fresh graduates with a passion for sales/business and experienced professionals with a proven track record in business development.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Mindset: A "hunter" mentality—highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient in the face of challenges.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with digital tools/social media is highly desirable.
- Location: Ability to work comfortably from our office in Jaipur.
