Office Maintenance & Housekeeping
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, meeting rooms, reception area, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.
- Ensure office furniture, equipment, and workstations are clean and organized.
- Monitor and replenish housekeeping and pantry supplies as required.
- Dispose of waste materials in accordance with company guidelines.
Pantry Management
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees, visitors, and management.
- Maintain cleanliness of pantry and kitchen areas.
- Ensure availability of pantry supplies and report shortages promptly.
Administrative Support
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and document distribution.
- Deliver documents, parcels, and correspondence within and outside the office when required.
- Support HR and Administration departments during employee onboarding, meetings, and events.
- Arrange meeting rooms and ensure necessary materials are available before meetings.
Office Assistance
- Assist employees and management with routine office tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier services.
- Help in shifting office materials, files, and equipment when required.
- Support office functions, celebrations, and company events.
Inventory & Asset Support
- Maintain records of pantry and housekeeping materials.
- Assist in receiving and storing office supplies.
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or shortages to the Admin department.
Compliance & Discipline
- Follow company policies, safety regulations, and workplace discipline.
- Maintain confidentiality of office information and documents.
- Adhere to grooming and hygiene standards at all times.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
