- Make outbound calls to prospective students or parents to promote computer education courses and certifications offered by the institute.
- Address inquiries about courses, fees, and schedules, and guide prospects in selecting suitable programs.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through phone conversations.
- Maintain a database of prospective students and update it regularly.
- Follow up with interested candidates to convert leads into enrollments.
- Remind enrolled students about batch start dates, fee payments, and other important updates.
