Job Title – Executive Assistant to Co-Founder
Location – Okhla, Delhi (WFO)
Work days - 6 days/week
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Executive Assistant who can act as the right hand to the leadership team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional planning, coordination, documentation, and communication skills while demonstrating a high level of ownership, accountability, and discretion.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and leverages AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage executive calendars, prioritize schedules, and coordinate meetings with complete and accurate agendas, participants, and relevant documentation.
· Ensure seamless meeting scheduling and effective time management for leadership.
· Drive project management by tracking ongoing initiatives, monitoring progress, and maintaining daily project dashboards and status reports.
· Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, briefing notes, and other materials as required.
· Record, circulate, and track Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), ensuring timely closure of action items.
· Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and business priorities.
· Develop, maintain, and monitor KPI dashboards, providing regular updates and actionable insights.
· Manage internal and external communication on behalf of leadership with professionalism and confidentiality.
· Create, maintain, and improve SOPs, process documentation, trackers, and knowledge repositories.
· Conduct research, gather relevant information, perform analysis, and present structured recommendations to support business decisions.
· Follow up rigorously with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of commitments and deliverables.
· Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI-powered tools and automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Preferred: Company Secretary (CS), CS Dropout, Chartered Accountant (CA) Dropout, or BBA (Accounts) from a reputed college/university.
· Freshers with exceptional academic credentials and strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
