Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and support payroll processing.
- Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Assist in performance management and training & development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other documentation as required.
- Coordinate with various departments for HR-related activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Pay: ₹10,858.24 - ₹33,204.27 per month
