HR Intern – IQM (Institute of Quantum Marketing)
Position: HR Intern

Duration: 3 Months (Internship)
IQM is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and core HR functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants practical exposure in hiring and HR operations within a growing organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring Support
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Maintain candidate database and hiring trackers
2. HR Operations Support
- Assist in onboarding and documentation processes
- Support employee record management and HR documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related activities
- Help in drafting job descriptions and job postings
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives
Internship Structure & Stipend
- 1st Month: Unpaid (Training & Learning Phase)
- From 2nd Month: ₹2,000 per month stipend
- After 3 Months: Performance-based Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunity
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed graduation (HR / Management preferred)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Eagerness to learn and grow in HR domain
- Organized and detail-oriented
