About Nibsy: Nibsy is a fast-growing, premium D2C and healthcare-focused nutrition brand. We are disrupting the pediatric segment by replacing outdated, sugar-heavy and preservative-filled baby and toddler snacks with scientifically formulated, clean-label alternatives using ancient grains (Quinoa, Amaranth) and 100% real fruit purees. We bridge the gap between clinical/nutritional integrity and daily parental convenience.
We are looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Medical Representative (MR) to pioneer our doctor-prescription channel and introduce our innovative product portfolio to leading pediatricians and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Doctor Emkening & Detailing: Visit pediatricians, pediatric nutritionists, and neonatologists to introduce Nibsy’s clean-label product portfolio and establish clinical credibility.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to drive brand recommendations.
- Chemist & Retail Mapping: Ensure product availability at premium chemist shops and pharmacies located near target pediatric clinics/hospitals.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, doctor feedback, and chemist stock movements to update the core founding team weekly.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct small-scale product detailing sessions or sample distributions at clinics and pediatric forums.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative (MR) or Territory Manager, specifically handling the Pediatric, Infant Nutrition, or Nutraceutical segment.
- Network: Must have an active, existing network of pediatricians and premium chemist shops in the assigned territory.
- Education: B.Sc, B.Pharma, D.Pharma, or a degree in Nutrition/Biotech is preferred (but exceptional sales experience with other degrees is welcome).
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong presentation/detailing skills, and a professional demeanor.
- Travel: Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily field visits.
