DS-MAX is hiring for Senior Plumbing Designer (PHE) with strong experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and coordinating plumbing and public health engineering systems, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and project requirements.
· Design and develop plumbing & PHE systems for high-rise buildings including:
· Water supply systems (domestic & flushing)
· Drainage and sewerage systems
· Storm water drainage
· Rainwater harvesting systems
· Prepare detailed plumbing layouts, schematics, and drawings using AutoCAD/Revit
· Perform pipe sizing, hydraulic calculations, and system design analysis
· Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams for design integration
· Design and review STP/WTP systems, pump rooms, and utility layouts
· Ensure compliance with NBC, IS codes, and local authority regulations
· Support project team during approvals, execution, and site coordination
· Review vendor drawings and provide technical inputs
· Conduct design reviews and ensure timely delivery of drawings
· Strong knowledge of PHE/Plumbing Design for High-Rise Buildings
· Expertise in water supply, drainage, sewerage, and firefighting systems
· Hands-on experience in AutoCAD and Revit MEP (BIM preferred)
· Knowledge of STP, WTP, and pump system design
· Familiarity with NBC guidelines, IS standards, and local compliance norms
· Good coordination and communication skills
· B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related field
· Relevant certifications in MEP/PHE design will be an added advantage
· Experience in real estate or large-scale high-rise projects
· Exposure to end-to-end design lifecycle (concept to execution)
· Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
