Role Description
As an AI Engineer at OSure, you will design, develop, integrate, and deploy AI/ML solutions for our healthcare platform.
You will work on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, predictive analytics, and healthcare intelligence while collaborating with Data Scientists, Full Stack Developers, Product Designers, and other team members.
You will be involved in the complete AI development lifecycle, from data preparation and model development to evaluation, deployment, and optimization.
This is a Remote position.
Experience Required
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying Machine Learning models
- Experience with model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and optimization
- Practical experience building AI/ML applications for real-world use cases
- Experience working with APIs and integrating AI models into applications
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI and Machine Learning models
- Train, fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize AI models
- Build Generative AI and LLM-based applications
- Develop AI Agents and intelligent automation workflows
- Work with structured and unstructured healthcare data
- Build predictive analytics and risk-detection solutions
- Integrate AI models with backend APIs and applications
- Develop data processing and feature engineering pipelines
- Monitor model performance and improve production systems
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Developers, and Product Designers
- Research and evaluate new AI technologies and models
- Maintain proper documentation of AI systems and experiments
Required Qualifications
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Good understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning
- Understanding of model training and evaluation techniques
- Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering
- Understanding of REST APIs and AI service integration
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
