SAM PACKS & PACKAGING SOLUTIONS is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular performance reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Corporate Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
