About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our US Telecom Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and experience handling international customers. Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound calls with customers based in the US.
- Promote and sell telecom products and services to prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build rapport with customers and maintain professional communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer information and update CRM systems regularly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and sales processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales or International Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working in US Night Shifts.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice periods up to 30 days are preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in International BPO Sales.
- Knowledge of Telecom Sales Processes.
- Strong customer handling and objection management skills.
- CRM and customer relationship management experience.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve targets.
