Role Overview
We are hiring a Media Sales & Partnerships Manager to drive revenue growth and build strategic brand relationships across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. This role is ideal for someone who understands the evolving digital media landscape, can navigate cross-market dynamics, and has a strong track record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and close new business opportunities in digital media sales and brand partnerships across APAC, EU, and Middle East markets
- Build and nurture relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers
- Develop tailored media proposals, partnership strategies, and pitch decks
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, marketing) to deliver impactful campaigns
- Stay updated on regional market trends, client needs, and competitor activity
- Manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and consistently achieve sales targets
Must-Have Experience
- 1–4+ years in one or more of the following
- Digital advertising sales
- Creative agency account management
- Brand partnerships
Core Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of:
- Social media content formats (short-form video, reels, branded content, influencer collaborations)
- Brand marketing funnels and customer journey
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work across multiple regions and manage global clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international clients or multi-market campaigns
- Existing network across brands, agencies, or media buyers in APAC, EU, or Middle East
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate client needs into scalable media solutions
- Highly self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
